Turn on the Lights

Reflecting on my own 'Passion and Obsessions', my photography often looks at lighting if you look at the technical aspect of the photos. This was my reason to go out and photograph sources of light and play around with compositions and colours. For this I decided to restrict myself to a certain area. This meant I had to find as many different images as I could using one area, which in turn would open my eyes to be more receptive and creative. There are many different forms of light, but in these experiments I looked at artificial light, which is the reason I went out at night to get the best view of these lights. Below are a few examples of what I found and my response.

"Booth, CastlePoint"

"Crossing, CastlePoint"

"Vent, CastlePoint"

"Shade, CastlePoint"
